The event starts at 6:30pm and is at Sunshine Suites, 12 Desbrosses Street in Manhattan.

“Grow your business as we get In Your Business!” In Your Business (IYB) is pleased to announce the 1st Annual IYB Event that will give the small business owners and entrepreneurs the opportunity to come together to connect their businesses and exchange business cards.

The event will take place the evening of Thursday, August 5th at Sunshine Suites, a company that provides affordable office space to entrepreneurs.

IYB will be extending invitations to those they have worked with as well as other inspiring businesses that deserve to be noticed. Those interested in starting their own businesses are encouraged to attend.

In Your Business knows the importance of choosing to spend “locally” and aims to build clientele for the featured small businesses at this event. IYB also wants to reinforce and raise awareness to minorities that business ownership is an attainable option.

The event features educational aspects with an inspirational keynote speaker, Valerie Orsoni, creator of LeBootCamp®. She will discuss how to start a business and what steps to take in order to grow one.

Counselors from SCORE will also be at the event to provide information about their services that support small businesses as well as answers to questions guests have about starting their own business or growing their current business.

IYB will be asking guests what questions they have about starting, growing and sustaining their businesses. Then, after the event, IYB will research and post answers to their questions on their website. Guests will also have the opportunity to be filmed pitching their own businesses for a chance to be featured on the show.

Frank Ayala Films will be giving away a promotional video to the company whose story they find the most interesting to shoot. Their production team will help them write, shoot and edit their story, so they can connect with their audience on a personal level.

Businesses previously shot by IYB will be featured on TV screens throughout the event on a continuous loop including the premier of Show 4. For all attending guests, IYB hopes to inspire everyone to follow their business dreams.

There will be complimentary wine and hors d’oeuvres.
