The Women’s Mafia is proud to announce The Red Party, a charity event to raise funds for the New York City chapter of Habitat For Humanity. In this exciting, glamorous party there will be a silent auction and champagne reception as well as a fashion presentation featuring “Red Couture” looks from top NY designers.
Habitat For Humanity – New York City is a charity founded in 1984 that builds homes for families and individuals in need in the five boroughs of New York City. The Habitat For Humanity homes are built with the “sweat equity” of family partner homeowners who work side-by-side with volunteers. Professional contractors build the exterior shells to code, and the volunteers do the interior construction. Each year thousands of New Yorkers from faith institutions, corporations, schools and civic groups come to build with us and learn more about how to help solve New York’s affordable housing crisis. www.habitatnyc.org
