The 3rd Annual BLACK V Fashion Event
What: The BLACK V Fashion Event presents collections endorsing the chic and beautiful mystique of black to San Francisco’s fashion scene. Owen Buenaventura, one of the most reputable fashion producers in the Bay Area, will direct the show, his third year in a row. ASTONISH Magazine, an avant-garde fashion magazine focusing on the repertoire of emerging international fashion designers, returns as the media sponsor for this highly esteemed event.
This is a major opportunity for fashion industry professionals in San Francisco to connect with each other and keep the fashion zeitgeist alive through the cross-pollination of traditional runway, multi-media platform and technology.
Integral members of the fashion industry participate every year, including various designers, stylists, models, fashion and style bloggers, photographers, and editors. In previous years, more than 300 fashion enthusiasts have pledged their support.
The 3rd annual BLACK V Designers Lineup will include: Ken Chen San Francisco, Acta Non Verba, Cari Borja, Daniel Sudar, d’Homme by Dahae Kim, Gail B Shrive, Kate Knuvelder, and Zoë Hong.
Proceeds from the BLACK V Fashion Event will benefit the Fashion Show Production Class at City College of San Francisco. The Foundation of City College is a non-profit organization.
